Summary:

The Social Media & Graphic Design Officer plays a vital role in shaping and amplifying Wasche Point’s digital presence. This position is responsible for developing compelling visual content and executing strategic social media campaigns that align with brand identity and marketing goals. By creating engaging, platform-specific content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other channels, the officer drives audience engagement, strengthens brand visibility, and supports overall marketing initiatives. The role requires a creative yet analytical mindset, with a focus on consistency, innovation, and performance-driven results.

Responsibilities:

Design high-quality graphics for social media, marketing collateral, and promotional campaigns
Plan, create, and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
Ensure visual consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all digital touchpoints
Develop dynamic content including posts, reels, short-form videos, and interactive stories
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align content with campaign objectives
Monitor social media channels and respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries
Track key performance metrics and deliver regular reports with insights on engagement, reach, and growth
Stay current on emerging content trends, platform algorithms, and design innovations
Support the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and promotional activities
