Job Description - Social Media Manager

Seismic Consulting Limited is a forward -thinking consulting firm with expertise in sectors such as public financial management  and Technology integration. We are currently developing an exciting new digital product and need a dynamic candidate to lead the effort in publicizing the product and managing its social media presence to create awareness and drive engagement. With our deep industry experience and commitment to innovation, we are looking for someone who can amplify our product’s reach and visibility across platforms. Our ideal candidate should be able to:

  • Develop and execute multi -platform strategies that increase reach, engagement, and product awareness.
  • Drive campaigns around product launches, feature updates, and key industry events.
  • Identify growth opportunities on emerging platforms (Threads, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
  • Content Creation & Storytelling
  • Translate technical features into simple, engaging content (video, graphics, thought -leadership posts, memes, micro -copy).
  • Manage editorial calendars aligned with launch roadmaps and industry moments.
  • Co -create with design and product teams to deliver content that resonates with both business and tech audiences
  • Community & Engagement
  • Build and nurture online communities that champion our products.
  • Engage with users, tech enthusiasts, and partners across channels to foster advocacy.
  • Monitor conversations in relevant tech spaces and join with authentic, on -brand messaging.
  • Analytics & Optimization
  • Track KPIs (growth, engagement, conversions, sentiment).
  • Use data to refine campaigns and inform future product marketing strategies.
  • Report on performance monthly, with clear insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration & Alignment
  • Work closely with the Head of Brand & Communications to maintain a unified voice.
  • Partner with product, HR, and events teams to amplify milestones and internal culture.
  • Stay ahead of social media, AI, and tech marketing trends to keep Seismic’s brand future -ready.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in social media management for a tech, SaaS, or product -driven brand.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing principles and platform algorithms.
  • Proven ability to craft high -performing content (copy, video, graphics).
  • Comfortable translating technical/engineering language into human -centered storytelling.
  • Proficient with social management and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics).
  • Proficient in editing tools like Canva, Capcut and others.
  • Agile mindset, able to thrive in a fast -paced, iterative environment.
