Summary

Responsibilities

• Design and roll out a holistic social media roadmap that aligns with corporate goals, while continuously monitoring emerging platforms and industry trends to seize new opportunities.
  
• Produce, refine, and distribute high-quality digital assets, including written copy, graphics, short-form video, and stories, often collaborating with program teams to highlight organizational achievements and events.
  
• Manage online community interactions by promptly addressing inquiries, moderating discussions, and fostering engagement while escalating complex issues to leadership when necessary.
  
• Plan and launch targeted promotional campaigns to boost event registrations, program participation, and brand awareness in partnership with external stakeholders.
  
• Track and interpret performance data using analytics tools to measure reach, engagement, and conversion metrics, delivering monthly reports and actionable insights for optimization.
  
• Uphold strict brand standards across all channels to ensure consistent messaging, tone, and visual identity, safeguarding the organization's reputation and ensuring all content remains professional and inclusive.
