Social Media Manager/ Booking Executive

As a social Media Manager, you will manage content creation, social media advertising, and performance analytics while ensuring that our digital voice aligns with the company’s goals and values. This role requires a strong understanding of the transportation and logistics industry, as well as excellent communication and storytelling skills.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that promote our transportation services, increase customer engagement, and enhance our brand visibility.

• Create visually appealing and informative content(Videos, Reels , Carousels) tailored to transportation
  


• Post content consistently across Instagram,X, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn
  


• Ability to align content with brand messaging and goals
  


• Respond to customer enquiries via DMs and WhatsApp
  


• Accept booking via the website or whatsapp
  


• Develop and manage original content (reels, posts, stories) across all social platforms.
  


• Analysing content performance using metrics like page views, engagement and conversion rate
  

• Minimum 2 years experience in social media/digital marketing
  


• Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or agencies
  


• Ability to create compelling content ideas
  


• Excellent communication, writing and copywriting skills
  


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  


• Strong Video/picture and editing skills
  


• Skilled in keyword placement and SEO best practices
