Job Description - Solar Technician (Installation & Electrical)
You will be responsible for the end-to-end installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems (off-grid and hybrid). The ideal candidate must have solid electrical knowledge to ensure safe, code-compliant, and optimal system performance.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Install, wire, and commission solar panels, inverters, charge controllers, and battery banks.
Perform site assessments and electrical load calculations.
Diagnose and repair electrical faults in solar systems (DC/AC side).
Ensure all installations comply with Nigerian electrical safety standards.
Work with the sales team to provide technical support for client inquiries.
Maintain accurate service records and installation reports.
Requirements:
A minimum of 1-3 years of proven experience in solar installation.
