We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Store Keeper to join our dynamic restaurant and food services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of inventory operations, ensuring accurate stock levels, minimizing waste, and supporting seamless daily kitchen and front-of-house operations. Your expertise in inventory management and proficiency with Inventory Management systems will play a critical role in maintaining operational efficiency, cost control, and food safety standards. Responsibilities:
Conduct regular physical inventory counts and reconcile with digital records using SAP Inventory Management.
Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and kitchen supplies to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records and other tracking systems.
Coordinate with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure timely delivery and restocking of essential items.
Implement and enforce proper storage practices to maintain food safety, quality, and shelf life.
Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or expired goods promptly.
Assist in the preparation of monthly inventory reports and variance analysis.
Support audits and compliance checks related to inventory and food handling standards.
Ensure all inventory transactions (receipts, issues, transfers) are properly documented and approved.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery issues and improve supply chain efficiency.
Requirements
Requirements:
1â3 years of proven experience in inventory management within a restaurant, food service, or hospitality environment.
Proficient in SAP Inventory Management system (or similar ERP inventory modules).
Strong understanding of inventory control principles, FIFO (First In, First Out), and stock rotation.
Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, or local equivalents).
Familiarity with barcode scanning, stock tagging, and digital inventory tracking tools.
High school diploma or equivalent; certification in inventory management or supply chain is a plus.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
