Storekeeper

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, and issuance of food items, beverages, and restaurant supplies. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, proper storage standards, and smooth inventory flow to support daily restaurant operations.

Responsibilities
    •    Receive, inspect, and properly store all food items, beverages, and supplies
    •    Maintain accurate inventory records and update stock cards or inventory systems
    •    Issue stock to kitchen and service teams based on approved requisitions
    •    Monitor stock levels and report low or excess inventory
    •    Ensure proper storage conditions (FIFO, hygiene, temperature control)
    •    Prevent stock losses, damages, and pilferage
    •    Conduct routine stock counts and participate in periodic audits
    •    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area
    •    Work closely with procurement and kitchen teams to ensure availability of items

Requirements
    •    Minimum of 1–2 years experience as a Store Keeper or similar role (restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus)
    •    Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control
    •    Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
    •    Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
    •    Good organizational and time management skills
    •    Basic computer skills (Excel or inventory systems is an advantage)
