We are seeking a detail-oriented and intellectually curious Strategy Associate to contribute to high-impact consulting engagements, research projects, and organizational strategy development. This role is central to transforming data and insights into actionable strategies that drive meaningful change. You will collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, evidence-based solutions that support long-term growth and impact.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive market, policy, and organizational research to inform strategic decisions.
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, risks, and emerging opportunities.
Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights that shape strategy recommendations.
Support the design and development of strategic plans, frameworks, and implementation roadmaps.
Contribute to diagnosing client challenges and co-creating innovative, sustainable solutions.
Assist in preparing high-quality reports, presentations, and briefing notes for internal and client audiences.
Track project timelines, deliverables, and outcomes to ensure timely and effective delivery.
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and strategy sessions, supporting facilitation and note-taking.
Document key learnings, best practices, and knowledge assets to strengthen internal capacity.
Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, including publications and internal learning resources.
Provide analytical support across Stradia’s initiatives, including innovation projects and new solution development.
Facilitate training sessions and deliver presentations to internal teams and clients.
