The structured finance analyst will support the structuring, analysis, and execution of financing transactions while providing financial modelling and credit analysis to support investment and lending decisions.

Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis and cash flow modeling
Evaluate credit risks and transaction viability.
Support the design and execution of financing structures.
Prepare investment memoranda and transaction reports.
Perform industry and market research.
Liaise with clients and stakeholders during transaction execution.
Support due diligence and documentation processes.
Monitor portfolio performance and ensure compliance.
Provide strategic recommendations to management.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, banking, or a related discipline.
ACA, ACCA, CFA, or other relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in structured finance, corporate finance, investment banking, credit analysis, treasury, or related functions within the financial services sector
Strong financial modelling and valuation skills.
Advanced analytical and quantitative abilities.
Knowledge of lending products and financial markets.
Excellent report-writing and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
