Job title : Supermarket Chains Supervisor

Requirements:

• Experience working in a structured Supermarket is key
• Good understanding of end-to-end Supermarket Operations
• Interest and Passion for the retail industry
• Minimum HND/B.Sc Degree.
• At least 4 years experience in a related role managing team, store operations and inventory
• Physically fit to stand for hours
• Lives within 30-45 minutes commute to the location.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations and ensure overall success of the store.
• Ensure accuracy of reports, cash, and receipts.
• Manage inventory according to company policies.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Efficiently manage and train store personnel.
• Perform all tasks alongside assistants (cleaning, unloading, working at the checkout, etc.).
• Check deliveries and report discrepancies.
• Ensure accuracy in pricing and inventory counts.
• Handle customer complaints and report suspicious cases to the Area Manager.
• Provide periodic reports as required from time to time.
