The Supply Chain Manager will oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for a beauty, cosmetic, and skincare company. This role is responsible for ensuring seamless coordination across procurement, inventory, manufacturing partners, logistics, and sales channels to support product availability, cost efficiency, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute supply chain strategies aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives
• Forecast demand for beauty, cosmetic, and skincare products and plan procurement accordingly
• Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities across procurement, inventory, production partners, and logistics
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including warehouse-to-store and direct-to-customer deliveries
• Oversee supplier and vendor relationships, including raw material suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners
• Negotiate contracts, conduct supplier audits, and track vendor performance
• Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including stock-outs and supplier disruptions
• Drive cost optimization initiatives across procurement, logistics, and inventory
• Manage supply chain budgets, working capital, and cost-saving initiatives
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs, analytics, and performance reports
• Identify bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Lead and develop supply chain, procurement, and logistics teams
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new product launches, retail stores, and sales channels
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations, preferably within beauty, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG, or retail
• Strong understanding of procurement, inventory planning, and logistics management
• Experience managing manufacturers, suppliers, and third-party logistics providers
• Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Experience supporting product launches and fast-growing brands is an advantage
