Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Growth Manager to lead the company’s learning, development, performance, and talent growth agenda. This role will work across departments to identify capability gaps, build strong development pathways, support recruitment, and create a culture of continuous learning, coaching, and high performance.
What You Will Own
Design and drive the talent development strategy across onboarding, training, learning, coaching, mentoring, leadership development, and succession planning.
Lead talent review processes, identify high-potential employees, and support the creation of a strong internal talent bench.
Build and implement competency frameworks, training plans, and learning initiatives based on business needs and performance gaps.
Partner with department leaders to develop targeted learning solutions and improve team capability across the business.
Support performance management, employee development planning, retention, promotion, and succession initiatives.
Drive internal and external learning programs, including graduate trainee strategy and implementation.
Support full-cycle recruitment across key roles, from sourcing and interviews to onboarding and early integration.
Track the effectiveness of talent programs, measure impact, and improve continuously based on data and feedback.

You are analytical, strategic, and structured in how you approach development and performance.
You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment where standards are high.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development, Talent Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience delivering training, learning, and development programs.
Proven experience in talent development, coaching, performance support, and succession planning.
Strong communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and learning or training platforms.
