We are a globally respected and leading company located in lagos. In order to consolidate our dominace and leadership of our sector through strategic people, we are seeking to employ a seasoned and experienced Human resources and media relationship professionals to boost our team.
Responsibilities:
The candidates must possess strong practical knowledge of performance management, payroll administration and analysis, compensation and benefits. The successful candidates will consisitently act as a back up to the Head of Human Resource and should be well experiecned in all spheres of Human Resource.
Coordiate and facilitate the communication to all staff of operations issues.
Manage the performance appraisal process for all staff.
Create perforamance improvement/optimization plan for line manager and staff.
Monitor the effectiveness of compensation packages to ensure industry competitives.
Proficency in the use of HR software/Solutions.
Responsible for manpower planning and update the organisational structure as and when required.
Qualifications/Experience/Skills:
Any other function that may be assigned by the Head of Human Resources and management.
B.Sc in any social science, or arts discipline with a minimum of 2.2 division.
7-8 years relevant practical HR experience.
Compulsory quantitative and data management skills.
Advanced microsoft excel, powerpoint and word skills.
