Team Member, Corporate Digital Payment Support

To provide an efficient support service delivery to customers on the corporate banking platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily initiated payments continuously to ensure that all transactions are accurately settled or reversed in a timely manner, minimizing operational risks.
• Support the onboarding and management of customers on the Primusplus platform, ensuring seamless setup and user experience.
• Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer training programs, onboarding materials, and user guides to enhance platform adoption and usage.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Bank’s service standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to maintain high-quality service delivery.
• Assist in the preparation and analysis of relevant reports to support decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Reconciliation of the various GLs managed by the team
• Call over accurately of processed transactions / customer mandates as applicable.
• Perform all assigned tasks diligently and proactively, as directed by the Team Lead, Corporate Digital Payment Support.
• Collaborate closely with solution providers and IT teams to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve secondary technical issues promptly.
• Evaluate the current functionalities and capabilities of existing internet solutions, assist in defining requirements and building a strong business case for upgrading the Primusplus platform.

Qualification

• First degree in any Discipline with a minimum of Second-Class honors.

• Relevant Masters’ degree will be an advantage

A recognized professional certification will be an added advantage

Experience

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
