FHSA is building a trusted Ecosystem Marketplace — a platform that connects vetted clients with vetted ecosystem partners (labs, equipment providers, energy service providers, and more).
Role Overview
The Technical Product Associate is a hybrid builder role spanning product operations, ecosystem coordination, research, and no -code/low -code execution.
You will design, build, and scale the marketplace platform—combining product thinking, technical execution, and operational ownership to bring it to life.
You will support and scale the marketplace by managing partner relationships, structuring workflows, and automating systems, while turning complex data and processes into clear, actionable, and visually intuitive systems.
Key Responsibilities
1. Ecosystem & Partner Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ecosystem partners
- Source and onboard high -quality vendors across 12+ countries (labs, equipment providers, energy services, etc.)
- Conduct vetting and support approval workflows for clients and partners
- Identify ecosystem gaps and proactively source new providers
2. Platform Operations & Marketplace Management
- Support day -to -day management of the Ecosystem Marketplace
- Monitor and manage account lifecycle stages: Sign -up â Pending â Approved â Active
- Ensure all users meet the vetting and approval standards
- Maintain structured records of all marketplace activity
3. Data Tracking, CRM & Reporting
- Build and maintain tracking systems for:
- Connections made between clients and partners
- Outcomes and conversion rates
- Performance by partner and service category
- Trends over time
- Support CRM automation and pipeline tracking
- Ensure full visibility into marketplace performance for internal decision -making
4. Workflow Automation & Systems Building
- Design and manage workflows using no -code/low -code tools such as:
- Build automations for onboarding, follow -ups, approvals, and reporting
- Reduce manual processes through scalable systems
- Support CRM and internal tool automation
5. Technical Requirements
- Translate business and operational needs into clear technical requirements
- Communicate effectively with engineers on backend workflows, data structures, and integrations
- Understand APIs and system architecture at a functional level
- Support testing, QA, and iteration of platform features
- Act as a bridge between product, operations, and engineering
6. Research & Insights
- Conduct structured research on vendors, service providers, and market trends
- Identify high -quality ecosystem partners and validate their credibility
- Turn research into actionable insights for product and partnership strategy
7. Coordination & Execution
- Take detailed meeting notes and translate them into clear action items
- Track deliverables, timelines, and follow -ups across teams
- Ensure accountability and progress across multiple workstreams
8. Data Visualization & Product Experience
- Build clear, intuitive dashboards and reporting systems
- Design structured, user -friendly interfaces within tools like Airtable
- Translate complex data into simple, visual insights
- Support improvements to user experience across client, partner, and admin layers
- Create clean, functional, and visually appealing internal tools
