Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities  

● Coordinate day -to -day activities of developers, QA, and designers.


● Translate product requirements into actionable technical tasks.


● Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies (stand -ups, sprint planning, retros, etc.).


● Track sprint progress, manage timelines, and ensure on -time delivery.


● Identify and resolve blockers, risks, and technical dependencies.


● Oversee QA, UAT, and deployment readiness.


● Communicate status, delays, and expectations to stakeholders.

Requirements

● 3+ years as a Technical Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role.


● Strong understanding of software development and SDLC.


● Experience working with engineering teams in Agile environments.


● Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Git, CI/CD workflows.


● Excellent communication, coordination, and problem -solving skills.

Nice to Have  

● Scrum certification (PSM/CSM).


● Background in software development or DevOps.


● Experience managing distributed teams.
