Summary

Responsibilities

• Deliver foundational technical assistance to employees, trainees, and authorized personnel.
  
• Diagnose and resolve routine hardware, software, and network connectivity challenges.
  
• Facilitate the setup, configuration, upkeep, and deployment of computer systems.
  
• Aid in troubleshooting basic network and internet access problems.
  
• Install and configure approved software applications, computing devices, and peripheral technology.
  
• Help organize and maintain the inventory of IT equipment and technical resources.
  
• Record and document technical incidents, resolution steps, and outcomes.
  
• Identify and refer complex technical matters to senior technical staff for advanced handling.
  
• Participate in standard technology maintenance and operational tasks.
  
• Execute additional technical support functions as directed by management.
