Job Description - Tele Sales Executive (IPPIS Loan)

Convert inbound/outbound calls into sales

Meet daily and monthly sales targets

Effectively handle customer objections

Accurately document customer interactions

Ensure compliance with financial and data regulations

Upsell credit products to existing customers

Requirements

Excellent verbal and listening skills to communicate with customers effectively and build rapport

Proven ability to sell credit products and services to customers, meeting or exceeding sales targets

Strong understanding of credit products and services, including features, benefits, and risks.

Ability to manage time effectively, prioritizing calls and meeting sales targets.

Ability to provide excellent customer service, handling customer complaints and issues professionally.

Ability to speak and understand Hausa (compulsory)

2-3 years post NYSC experience in Telesales

Telesales experience within the Credit Industry will be an added advantage

HND or BSc, in Marketing or Sales, Business Administration
