Job Description - Ticket Clerk

Ticket Clerk

• Conduct ticket sales in person and through the company’s app or website.

• Ensure scheduling, tracking of goods correspond with tickets solds.

• Maintain accurate records of ticket sales, bookings, and customer information.

• Generates Reports as required.

• Process Transactions accurately and effectively.

• Effective and efficient customer service.

Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.

2. 1-2 years of experience in ticket sales, customer service, or logistics.

3. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.

5. Basic computer skills.

6. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
