Reporting to: Regional Operations Manager with a dotted-line reporting to the Operations Supervisor

Purpose of Role 

Within this context, the travel coordinator will support the Castor Vali Nigeria office in organising journey management tasks for Castor Vali clients. The role is designed to ensure smooth execution of journey management tasks, assist in crisis management efforts, and maintain accurate records. The travel coordinator will act as a key point of contact for internal teams and external partners, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support Journey Management Services:

• Assist in the development, implementation, and updating of journey management plans for clients visiting Nigeria and other countries.


• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of operational tasks with organisational goals.


• Coordinate with clients and other stakeholders to plan and deliver secure transport across various geographies, but largely in Nigeria.


• Manage and monitor real-time journey management tasks, ensuring all client needs are met efficiently.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a security or logistics company in a similar role


• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks well and deliver to timelines


• Experience dealing directly with clients


• Knowledge of or experience in security related environment with an interest in the security field

Candidates must be eligible to work in Nigeria. 

This is a full-time, office-based role located in Lagos and requires in-office attendance from Monday to Friday. Applicants should take into account their daily commute when considering this position.
