About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Treasury Officer to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations to ensure financial stability and efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of financial operations, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

 • Monitor and manage the company’s daily cash flow and ensure sufficient liquidity for business operations.

 • Prepare cash flow forecasts, variance analysis, and treasury reports for management decision-making.

 • Handle banking transactions, including deposits, transfers, foreign exchange, and loan repayments.

 • Reconcile bank statements with company records and ensure accuracy of all treasury-related entries.

 • Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions to support credit facilities, guarantees, and investment opportunities.

 • Manage debt schedules, loan documentation, and interest payments in line with company obligations.

 • Evaluate and recommend investment opportunities for surplus funds to optimize returns.

 • Monitor financial risks relating to interest rates, foreign exchange, and liquidity, and recommend mitigation strategies.

 • Ensure compliance with treasury policies, internal controls, and regulatory requirements.

 • Support internal and external audits by providing treasury documentation and reconciliations.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

 • 2–5 years of proven experience in treasury, banking, or finance roles.

 • Professional certification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA, or ACT) is an added advantage.

 • Strong knowledge of cash management, financial instruments, and banking operations.

 • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

 • Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/treasury software.

 • High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.
