Job Summary

Mahshell Soft Ltd is seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Design Associate to support the design and improvement of our digital products and services. The Associate will work with product, engineering and business teams to create intuitive, accessible and user-friendly digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
Conduct basic user research and gather user feedback.
Assist in translating product requirements into user-friendly designs.
Maintain and update design systems and UI components.
Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
Review implemented interfaces and identify design inconsistencies.
Assist with usability testing and design improvements.
Prepare design assets and documentation for development teams.
Conduct competitor and product research where required.
Participate in product design reviews and team discussions.
Continuously learn and apply modern UI/UX design principles and practices.
