We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Partner Relations specialist to join our team. This role will focus on managing and strengthening relationships with our educational institution partners while helping to expand our network of universities and colleges globally.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned educational institutions
  
• Onboard new university partners to the Univacity platform
  
• Keep program information and admission requirements updated
  
• Negotiate and maintain favorable commission structures
  
• Ensure compliance with partner agreements and requirements
  
• Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutions
  
• Facilitate effective communication between partners and internal teams
  
• Track partner performance metrics and prepare regular reports
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, education, international relations, or related field
  
• 1-2 years of experience in account management, partner relations, or similar role
  
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
  
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
  
• Understanding of international education landscape (preferred)
  
• Experience with contract management and compliance (preferred)
