Vacancy for Estate Surveyor in Lekki

1. Assist senior estate surveyors in conducting property valuations and appraisals.
   
2. Assist in collecting, analyzing, and interpreting property data for accurate assessments.
   
3. Conduct site visits and inspections to gather essential information for property valuation reports.
   
4. Provide support in preparing detailed valuation reports under the guidance of senior surveyors.
   
5. Collaborate with the team to assist in property transactions and negotiations.
   
6. Assist in maintaining up-to-date records of property assets and relevant documents.
   
7. Oversee prompt administration of property including maintenance, repairs, and installation of facilities within the property.
   
8. Ensure timely collection of rent and fees.
   
9. Conduct rent reviews at periodic lease renewals.
   
10. Prepare all lease-related documents and ensure all parties duly execute same.
    
11. Schedule and carry out routine inspections, write reports duly advising the parties involved on the next line of action, and ensure that both parties implement these actions.
    
12. Attend to all issues arising from the property or facilities by proffering instant and best solutions to resolve them.
    
13. Prompt filing of both digital and hard copy reports of events in relation to arising property issues or resolved issues.
    
14. The interface between our firm, the clients, and vendors on property matters
    
15. Utilize IT skills to support data management and analysis tasks.
    
16. Stay updated with industry trends and regulations to enhance your knowledge and expertise.
    

Requirements

1. Minimum of 5 years of working experience in Estate Management.
   
2. Hold an HND/B.Sc/M.Sc degree in Estate Management or related field.
   
3. Proficiency in IT literacy to use relevant software effectively and tools.
   
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
   
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   
6. A passion for the real estate industry and eagerness to learn and grow in the field.
   
7. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.
   
8. Familiarity with real estate laws and regulations in Nigeria will be an added advantage.
