Position Title: Verification Officer

Position Summary
The Verification Officer is responsible for managing and executing end -to -end prospect verification activities to ensure only qualified and compliant customers are approved into Gamma Mobility’s ecosystem. The role oversees field verification agents, ensures strict adherence to verification rules and SLAs, validates customer and guarantor information, and delivers accurate, complete, and timely verification reports to support credit and risk decisions. This role is critical to portfolio quality, fraud prevention, and operational efficiency.
Roles and Responsibilities
â Drive the field verification process for all assigned prospects through verification agents.
â Ensure all verification activities.
â Review and validate verification outputs to confirm that only qualified customers are passed forward.
â Coordinate and supervise field verification agents to ensure optimal deployment and coverage.
â Ensure verification agents are adequately trained and refreshed on verification standards and processes.
â Monitor agent productivity and utilization against daily and weekly targets.
â Ensure all verification cases strictly follow approved verification rules, checklists, and risk guidelines while being completed within stipulated service -level agreements (SLAs).
â Conduct phone confirmation calls with prospects and guarantors to validate identity, intent, and information provided.
â Ensure all captain (customer) data, verification reports, and documentation are complete, accurate, and consistent.
â Provide structured field observations and recommendations to improve verification rules, training, and fraud detection.
Requirements
â OND, HND in a related field
â 1 -2 years of professional experience
â Excellent oral and written communication
â Attention to detail
â Strong interpersonal skills
