Verification Officer

• Drive the field verification process for all assigned prospects through verification agents.
  
• Ensure all verification activities.
  
• Review and validate verification outputs to confirm that only qualified customers are passed forward.
  
• Coordinate and supervise field verification agents to ensure optimal deployment and coverage.
  
• Ensure verification agents are adequately trained and refreshed on verification standards and processes.
  
• Monitor agent productivity and utilization against daily and weekly targets.
  
• Ensure all verification cases strictly follow approved verification rules, checklists, and risk guidelines while being completed within stipulated service -level agreements (SLAs).
  
• Conduct phone confirmation calls with prospects and guarantors to validate identity, intent, and information provided.
  
• Ensure all captain (customer) data, verification reports, and documentation are complete, accurate, and consistent.
  
• Provide structured field observations and recommendations to improve verification rules, training, and fraud detection.
  

Requirements

• OND, HND in a related field
  
• 1 -2 years of professional experience
  
• Excellent oral and written communication
  
• Attention to detail
  
• Strong interpersonal skills
