Vibrating Screen Operator (VHP/TALO)

Job Summary:

Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc is seeking a skilled and motivated Vibrating Screen Operator (VHP/TALO) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising the melted liquor process, ensuring optimal performance, minimizing downtime, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety in line with our operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the melted liquor process to meet set production targets.
• Monitor and reduce operational costs and downtime during the melting process.
• Track and minimize sugar loss during operations.
• Ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of QMS, FSMS, FSSC, OHSAS, and other relevant management systems.
• Coordinate and supervise Operators, Helpers, and Cleaners within the unit.
• Collaborate with Shift Unit Supervisors, Engineering (Utility), Laboratory Analysts/Samplers, and HR (Timekeeper) to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain high levels of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and ensure unit flow output aligns with set targets.

Educational Qualification: 

• OND/S.S.C.E (Senior Secondary Certificate Examination)
• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing or sugar processing environment.
• Strong numerical and technical skills.
• Proven ability in resource management and team supervision.
• Result-oriented with a proactive and driven approach.
• Good exposure to industrial processes and safety standards.
