Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of merchandise entering and exiting the warehouse.
- Receive and document incoming shipments and returns with precision.
- Identify and report missing, lost, or damaged materials to the supervisor promptly.
- Ensure all items are securely packed, properly labeled, and prepared for shipping.
- Handle all inventory with care to prevent damage or loss.
- Support warehouse organization in alignment with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional warehouse environment at all times.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) principles when storing and issuing stock.
- Assist in preparing management reports on a regular basis.
- Participate in periodic spot checks and full stock-taking activities.
