Purpose Statement

We are seeking a highly motivated and client-focused Wealth Manager to drive deposit mobilization, manage high-net-worth relationships, and provide tailored investment solutions to clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing the organization’s investment and savings portfolio by building trusted client relationships, advising on wealth creation strategies, and ensuring optimal utilization of our financial products.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients for deposit and investment products.
  

• Drive deposit mobilization by promoting fixed deposit, and investment plans to existing and new clients.
  

• Conduct thorough financial needs assessments to recommend customized investment strategies.
  

• Maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, retention, and referrals.
  

• Monitor and track deposit targets, ensuring monthly and quarterly growth KPIs are achieved.
  

• Conduct regular financial reviews with clients to track progress and ensure their goals are being met.
  

• Stay up to date with market trends and provide clients with relevant insights and updates on investment opportunities.
  

• Conduct presentations, one-on-one consultations, and financial education sessions to grow client engagement.
  

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements in all investment and deposit-related activities.
  

• Provide regular reports on performance, pipeline, and client feedback to leadership.
  

• Attend industry events, seminars, and conferences to build networks and enhance the visibility of CredPal's wealth management services.
  

Requirements

• 3+ Proven experience in fixed deposit mobilization, investment sales, wealth management, investment banking or portfolio growth.
  

• Strong understanding of financial products, market dynamics, and investor behavior.
  

• Ability to work independently and deliver on revenue and deposit targets.
  

• High integrity, professionalism, and client-centric attitude.
  

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and foster relationships with clients.
  

• Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing client portfolios.
  

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client accounts effectively.
