The ideal candidate will be required to develop and grow our commercial relationships with customers on our treasury management product while looking for solutions across treasury and operations management.

The goal will be to improve our customer's success experiences, and satisfaction by developing win/win business models and compelling value proposition

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage cross-jurisdictional sales partners
  • Build and secure global and regional sales partnership
  • Contact potential clients and explore new business opportunities to create long-term successful partnerships worldwide
  • Develop proposals for clients
  • Arrange and lead product demonstrations
  • Frequent communication of business status to the team including sales updates, decision support analytics, and new business leads
  • Explore Cross-selling opportunities with the team
  • Work closely with Management to evaluate new business models and to spearhead financial assessments
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Build and manage own sales pipeline
  • Carefully track and action leads across the sales cycle
  • Use your rapport with clients to achieve appointments
  • Update and manage communications in CRM system
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

Requirements

  • Proven executive relationship skills in Banking, FMCG, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and Finance industry
  • Understanding of financial markets and/or banking technology
  • Ability to learn, adapt, and thrive in a fast-paced environment is required
  • Outstanding networking skills - capable of penetrating target organizations and driving the right engagement to win business
  • A powerful communicator who can sell consultatively and tailor converting solutions for prospects.
  • Expertise in relevant software/applications such as Microsoft suite and CRM.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and experience building strong working relationships both inside and outside the organization
  • Entrepreneurial, persistent, and resourceful, with experience learning new technologies quickly
  • Must enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams, such as product, technology, legal, sales, and marketing
  • Capable of negotiating and managing complex commercial agreements
  • Outstanding writing abilities, including content creation, editing, and proofreading
  • At ease interacting with key client decision-makers, as well as senior executives and leaders, in one-on-one or small-group presentations
  • Be a true new business hunter who thrives on success
  • Excited to challenge and be challenged and work as a team to execute the best idea

Education and Experience

  • Minimum qualification, Second class (upper division)
  • 7+ years of professional sales and business development experience in business development, partnership/account management, or strategy/consulting is desirable
  • Prior experience selling complex solutions to enterprise partners
  • Proven ability to learn new technologies quickly and distill information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of generating new business, exceeding targets on a consistent basis, and performing in the top quartile of a team
  • Proven track record of commercializing enterprise SaaS solutions and platforms
  • Industry experience in the payments ecosystem including domestic and offshore payments, treasury management as well as a working knowledge of existing enterprise resource planning tools is required
  • Relationships across key players and perspective and regulatory environment would be valuable
