Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Unilever Nigeria is seeking a motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Business Development Associate. This is a remote work position based in Lagos, NG, with a full-time schedule and entry-level seniority. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities - Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business growth - Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders - Monitor industry trends and competitor activities - Analyze data and provide insights to drive decision-making - Assist in the development of sales and marketing plans - Track and report on key performance indicators

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 1+ years of experience in business development or sales - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Motivated and hardworking attitude
