Business Development Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Lafarge Africa is seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote work position based in Port Harcourt, NG at the Associate level. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and reliability. Strong communication and strategic planning skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new business opportunities for the company - Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients - Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify growth opportunities - Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for business expansion - Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales contracts - Track and report on sales performance metrics - Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends

Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities - Energetic and reliable personality traits
