Job Description:

IHS Towers is seeking a dynamic and motivated Online Business Development Associate to join our team in Ibadan, NG. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in business development and a proven track record of success in driving online sales and revenue growth.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to drive online business growth and increase revenue. - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's online presence. - Manage relationships with existing online clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth. - Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to optimize online strategies. - Utilize social media and digital marketing tools to promote online products and services. - Monitor key performance metrics and provide regular reporting on online sales performance.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. - Proven experience in online business development with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. - Energetic and confident personality with strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online sales platforms. - Experience with CRM software is a plus.
