Position Overview: 

  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced B2B Software Sales Manager to contribute to our sales team and drive revenue growth for our company.

  • They will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, managing a team of sales professionals, and building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Develop Sales Strategy:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Identify market opportunities, define target customer segments, and devise effective sales tactics to penetrate the market.

Team:

  • Contribute to a high-performing sales team and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture within the sales team.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs), sales playbooks, sales scripts and other documentation required to support operational goals,

Client Engagement:

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing solutions that align with our offerings.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospects, articulating the value proposition and benefits of our software.

Market Expansion:

  • Identify new business opportunities and explore untapped markets to expand our customer base.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns and product enhancements based on customer feedback and market trends.

Drive Revenue Profitability:

  • Attain set targets for all revenue streams, including software subscriptions, credit financing partnerships, and other business offerings.

Sales Performance Analysis:

  • Analyze sales data and metrics to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure alignment and support in achieving overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • 5 years Proven track record of success in B2B software sales.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable
