Our client, a reputable firm, is recruiting to fill the position of a HR Mananger Job Title: HR Manager Location: Kano Responsibilities

• Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands,grievances or other issues
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business strategy
• Support current and future business needs through the development,engagements, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Maintain pay plan and benefits program
• Oversee and Manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies,systems, tactics anf and procedures across the organisation
• Report to Management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
• Nuture a positive working environment
• Ensure legal Compliance throughout human Resource management.

• A minimum of Bachelor's degree in human Resource
• At least 5-8 years experience in HR
• A minimum of 5years of experience in an Indian company
• Experience in dealing with unionized sector
• Thorough knowledge of payrolls and system
• Experience in local language-Hausa
