Requirements: Virtual Assistant to Founder: Ability to manage time, appointments and schedules effectively. Ability to independently identify and resolve issues as they arise. Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive information and data. Comfortable using various software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, project management platforms, and communication tools. Capability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, while maintaining attention to detail Graphics Designer: Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva. Ability to conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that meet project objectives and requirements. Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in design work. Understanding of design principles such as color theory, typography, layout, and composition Business Development Executive: Understanding of business principles, market trends, and industry dynamics. Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders. Strong sales skills with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas, negotiate deals, and present proposals. Ability to develop and implement strategic plans to identify and pursue new business opportunities Community Manager: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to engage with community members across various platforms. Experience in fostering a sense of community by interacting with members, responding to comments and messages, and facilitating discussions. Ability to identify issues within the community and develop effective solutions to resolve them. Creative thinking and innovation to develop new strategies and initiatives to grow and nurture the community.
