Our client , a dynamic conglomerate renowned for its expertise in Real Estate and other industries, is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful execution of various real estate projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage real estate projects from initiation to completi on, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones.
• Identify and mitigate risks to project success.
• Communicate project status, issues, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering real estate projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
