Job Summary: As a Project Manager at Ajay Tech, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects according to established deadlines and within budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure projects meet or exceed expectations. Your role will involve managing project scopes, timelines, and resources while maintaining effective communication with all parties involved. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgets.
• Project Execution: Oversee project activities, manage risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate project team members. Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders. Maintain open and clear communication regarding project progress and updates.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize potential impacts on project success.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure projects meet quality standards and customer expectations. Monitor project deliverables and performance.
• Change Management: Manage scope changes and project adjustments as needed. Maintain documentation and track changes.
• Project Closure: Conduct project evaluations and post-mortem analysis. Document lessons learned and provide feedback for future projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Computer Science).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
