QA Tester/Engineer for Mobile, Web, and AI Applications

Job Summary
We're seeking a meticulous AI & Mobile QA Specialist to lead our quality assurance efforts across a broad spectrum of applications, including React and React-Native mobile apps as well as AI LLM Applications. This role is critical in ensuring that our software meets the highest standards of quality, usability, and reliability. You'll work closely with our development and AI teams to test, identify, and rectify any issues, enhancing the user experience across both mobile platforms and AI interactions.

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead quality assurance efforts for React and React-Native applications across Android and iOS platforms.
• Design and execute test plans, scenarios, scripts, and procedures for mobile applications and AI-driven LLM Applications.
• Work with development teams to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Utilize Jira to manage and track issues, ensuring clear communication across teams.
• Participate in the development process to understand AI features and functionalities, providing feedback on usability and compliance with specifications.
• Conduct both manual and automated tests to ensure the highest level of product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application performance and user experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in QA testing of mobile applications (React and React-Native) and familiarity with Android and iOS platforms.
• Experience in testing AI-driven applications or systems, particularly those involving Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience with Jira or similar project management and bug tracking tools.
