Job Description

We are looking for a resourceful and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and generating leads, developing strategic partnerships, building relationships with potential clients, and closing high-value sales deals. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base. This role offers the opportunity to showcase your sales expertise and make a significant impact on our company's success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and profitability goals.
  • Prospect and qualify new leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product/service presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Track and report on sales performance metrics, pipeline activity, and market trends.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the natural ingredients or commodities industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably in the copper industry or a related field.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, best practices, and market dynamics.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (a plus).
  • Experience in international trade (a plus).
  • Fluency in English and additional languages (a plus).
  • Must be a self-motivated and results-oriented individual with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally (as needed).
