Who We're Looking for

  • Experienced sales professionals with at least 3+ years in the solar industry.
  • Proven success in selling solar products with individual sales exceeding ₦1 million.
  • Professionals who do not sell SHS products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential customers for high-value solar products.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
  • Provide expert advice and tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND in relevant fields
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the solar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high sales targets and manage large accounts.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of the solar market and product knowledge.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to drive sales success.
  • Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in solar sales
  • Sales Performance: Proven track record with product sales of N1 million and above
