• Video Ad Production: Craft engaging video ads for TikTok and Meta, focusing on creative storytelling through b-roll, motion graphics, and effective product placement.
• Ad Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of video ads, making data-driven decisions to optimize for better engagement and conversion rates.
• Creative Content Strategy: Develop a strategic approach to video content, ensuring alignment with the brand’s marketing goals and audience preferences.
• Static Ad Creation: In addition to video content, design impactful static ads that complement the video marketing efforts and strengthen the brand's online presence.
• Collaborative Content Development: Work closely with the marketing team to understand the brand's objectives, creating video content that effectively communicates the brand's message and values.

• Experience in Direct-to-consumer brands in the Health and Wellness space.
• Basic design skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, solve problems creatively, and adapt quickly to changes.
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of emotional intelligence.
