Conduct prospect research and identify potential leads
Qualify leads and build rapport through various channels (phone email etc)
Assist with developing and maintaining accurate customer records in CRM systems
Participate in sales calls and meetings (shadowing and potentially taking on a copilot role)
Research competitor offerings and market trends
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Conduct research on potential clients and industries to identify business opportunities and generate Leads
Participate in sales meetings and presentations with potential clients
Support the sales team in managing and maintaining customer relationships
Work with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
Assist with administrative tasks related to sales such as scheduling meetings and preparing sales materials
Learn about the sales process and techniques used in the tech industry
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Analytical and problemsolving skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
Comfortable with technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and software
Basic knowledge of sales techniques and principles
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Google Suite applications
Knowledge of the Tech ecosystem in Africa.
1year paid internship with mentor guidance and possible employment (it will depend on your performance proactivity and motivation).
