Position Overview:

As a Visualizer you will have the opportunity to work closely with our design and construction teams to create compelling visual representations of architectural concepts and projects. This internship offers handson experience in architectural visualization software exposure to realworld projects and the opportunity to contribute to the creation of stunning architectural designs.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects designers and project managers to understand project requirements and objectives.

Create highquality 2D and 3D renderings animations and virtual walkthroughs of architectural designs using visualization software such as Autodesk Revit SketchUp VRay Lumion or similar tools.

Assist in developing and refining design concepts materials and spatial arrangements through visual representation.

Incorporate feedback from stakeholders to iterate and refine visualizations to meet project goals and client expectations.

Support the preparation of presentation materials including renderings graphics and animations for client meetings proposals and marketing materials.

Requirements

Recent graduate of a degree program in architecture interior design visual arts or a related field.

NYSC Corpers in Batch A Stream 1 or 2 are encouraged to apply .

Proficiency in architectural visualization software such as Autodesk Revit SketchUp VRay Lumion or similar tools is a requirement.

Strong artistic and design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary team s.

Enthusiasm for learning and a passion for architecture design and visual storytelling.
