Responsibilities:

1. QuickBooks Support:
   • Assist in maintaining and updating financial records in QuickBooks.
   • Handle data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.
   • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure consistency in financial reporting.
2. Financial Documentation:
   • Organize and file financial documents, receipts, and invoices.
   • Support in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
   • Assist with the reconciliation of accounts.
3. Data Analysis:
   • Extract and analyze financial data to identify trends and discrepancies.
   • Generate reports for review by the finance team.
   • Contribute insights to aid decision-making processes.
4. Communication and Collaboration:
   • Work closely with team members to gather necessary financial information.
   • Communicate effectively with various departments to obtain relevant data.
   • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvement.

Qualifications:

• Recent Graduate or currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Accounting or a fresh graduate.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is mandatory.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
