Cards Fulfillment Officer (Intern)

Card Issuance & Fulfilment

· Manage the end-to-end card fulfilment process from card request to customer delivery.

· Coordinate card personalization with card processors and personalization bureaus.

· Ensure timely printing, packaging, and dispatch of debit and credit cards.

Inventory & Stock Management

· Maintain accurate records of card inventory (blanks and packaging materials).

· Monitor stock levels and initiate reorders to prevent stockouts.

· Reconcile inventory regularly and investigate discrepancies.

Vendor & Logistics Coordination

· Liaise with card vendors, personalization bureaus, and courier partners.

· Track card deliveries and ensure timely distribution to customers.

· Resolve fulfilment issues such as delayed or lost cards.

Process Monitoring

· Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) for card production and delivery.

· Maintain documentation and reports on card fulfilment activities.

· Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.

Compliance & Risk Management

· Ensure card handling complies with PCI DSS and internal security policies.

· Safeguard card inventory and sensitive customer information.
