Community Management Intern

• Greet and assist members, clients, and guests warmly
  
• Manage communication within the Worksphere community (e.g. WhatsApp groups, internal updates)
  
• Support onboarding processes for new members and help them settle in
  
• Assist in organizing and executing in -house events and community -building initiatives
  
• Gather feedback from community members and help improve their experience
  
• Ensure the workspace remains organized, clean, and welcoming
  
• Support booking coordination, usage tracking, and reporting
  
• Provide administrative and general support to the Community and Operations team
  

Requirements

• BSc or equivalent in Communications, Business, Social Sciences, or related fields
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  
• People -first attitude — warm, approachable, and customer -service driven
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  
• Comfortable using digital tools (e.g. Google Workspace, Canva, Notion is a plus)
  
• Proactive, reliable, and excited about building community
