Role Overview

The
Operations Support Officer supports the execution backbone of The Payment
School, enabling the delivery of high -impact training programmes to financial
institutions and payments professionals across Africa.

We are
seeking a disciplined and detail -oriented NYSC Corps Member to provide crucial
operational support to The Payment School. You will work directly with the
Learning Manager and collaborate with our Digital Marketing and Community teams
to support a cohesive learner experience. This is a hands -on opportunity to
gain real responsibility within a fast -growing specialist education platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate
  Logistics: Support the preparation and execution of all
  corporate and retail training sessions, ensuring all materials, venues, and
  virtual setups are ready.
  
• Manage
  Schedules: Maintain an accurate and up -to -date master
  training calendar.
  
• Maintain
  Records: Update operational trackers for trainings, vendors, and
  accreditations. Support post -training documentation, reporting, and the
  organisation of testimonials.
  
• Support
  Compliance: Assist with documentation for vendor
  registration and accreditations for our banking clients.
  

• Assist the
  Learning Manager: Provide administrative support on key
  deliverables, prepare weekly updates, and help document and update Standard
  Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  
• ​Collaborate
  with Marketing: Work with the Digital Marketing team and
  Community Manager to support content scheduling, asset organisation, and
  community engagement coordination.
  
• Organise
  Digital Assets: Maintain a structured digital filing system
  for proposals, credentials, and marketing collateral.

• Currently
  enrolled in or preparing for your NYSC service year.
  
• Strong
  organisational skills and an unwavering attention to detail.
  
• Proficiency
  in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.
  
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills.
  
• Ability
  to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  

Desirable:

• A keen
  interest in operations, project coordination, or corporate training.
  
• A
  digital native, familiar with social media platforms and trends.
  
• Previous internship or leadership
  experience.
