About The Job

Our Pitch:

We're looking for a driven & resourceful designer to join our team to help drive product design in house for our projects. We're growing as a startup and we're looking to share knowledge, mentor and develop the career of the designer who fills this position as he or she helps us expand and deliver on our growth targets and mission.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Working on in house web design projects for the company such as company website

Working on web design solutions for client projects

Working on communication design tasks for campaigns

Skills Requirements & Use of Skills

Proficient in using HTML & CSS at least to an intermediate level

Able to work with existing prototyping tools online for rapid project design & development

Understand the CSS Box model for layout architecture

We prefer adaptive design over responsive design

The kind of person you should/can be for this position

Be open to learning and giving back

Be open to a collaborative culture and the tools that drive it (Slack, Asana)

Be determined, resourceful and ready to make mistakes

Be prepared to learn from the mistakes
