Risk Management & Compliance Intern

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyze potential organizational risks to determine their impact and likelihood.
  
• Ensure strict adherence to established policies, legal regulations, and specific compliance mandates.
  
• Create, update, and archive comprehensive documentation regarding risk assessments and compliance activities.
  
• Execute regular compliance audits and address any identified deficiencies or gaps in processes.
  
• Assist in strengthening internal control frameworks and implementing strategies to mitigate risks.
  
• Compile and present detailed reports on risk status and compliance performance to stakeholders.
  
• Drive education and engagement initiatives to raise awareness of risk and compliance obligations throughout the company.
  

Requirements

• Proven ability to identify and assess organizational risks effectively.
  
• Strong knowledge of relevant policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  
• Experience in developing and maintaining accurate risk and compliance records.
  
• Competence in conducting compliance checks and resolving identified issues.
  
• Ability to support the implementation of internal controls and risk mitigation strategies.
  
• Skill in preparing clear and accurate risk and compliance reports.
  
• Capacity to promote and communicate risk and compliance awareness across the organization.
